Premiums, ground rent, service charges and utilities, billed and collected.
Finance raises invoices of each kind against a lease or an organisation, sends them, records payments as they arrive — in full or in part — and watches the ageing. Tenants see the same invoices in their portal, so there is one version of what is owed.

Invoice types that match a zone
Premium, ground rent, service charge, utilities and penalties are separate invoice types with their own numbering, so collections can be reported by kind and a tenant can see exactly what each invoice is for.
Payments and ageing
Payments are recorded against invoices with method and reference, and an invoice can be partially paid. Issued invoices become overdue automatically once their due date passes; the collection rate and the ageing of what is outstanding appear on the dashboard and in reporting.
Raised from the lease
Rent and service charge invoices can be raised from the lease itself, picking up the amounts on record, which keeps billing consistent with what was agreed in the offer.
