Operating software for economic zones.
One system from the first investor enquiry to the quarterly return: land allocation, leases and covenants, service-charge billing, a portal for every tenant company, and the reports the regulator asks for — with every change logged.

Operator console
Zone officers, finance and management run the zone: sites, enquiries, offers, leases, invoices, documents and reporting, with roles that limit who can change what.
Tenant portal
Each tenant company has its own portal with as many users as it needs — lease and covenants, invoices and payments, documents, and the investment return it submits each period.
Regulator view
A read-only seat for the regulator with the zone's take-up, capex, jobs, exports, compliance and collections, continuously rather than once a quarter.
Five capabilities, one record.
Each part feeds the next. An enquiry names a site; an offer reserves it; acceptance creates the lease and its covenants; the lease raises the invoices; and the reporting is computed from all of it.
And underneath
Documents with verification and expiry, an audit log on every change, role-based access per zone, and support for several zones on one installation.
Built for the way a zone actually runs.
Zone operators — public, private or joint-venture — who need to show investors what is available, keep track of commitments once a lease is signed, collect what is due and report to a board and a regulator without a quarter-end scramble.
Tenant companies, whose finance and operations people want to see their lease, their invoices and what has been asked of them in one place, and submit their investment return without emailing spreadsheets.
The regulator, which wants a standing, read-only view of take-up, investment realised, jobs and compliance across the zones it licenses.

The tenant portal. Companies invite their own users; the operator sees the same records.
Grown out of a platform that already runs estates.
Bumuntu Zones is the zone-operations product of the Bumuntu platform, which runs serviced-plot estates in Solwezi — reservations, instalments, mobile-money payments, documents, gate access and service charges. Zones reuses that foundation, adds what an economic zone needs (organisations with many users, leases with covenants, investment returns and a regulator seat), and keeps the same discipline: one record, every change logged.
It is designed to be configured for a new zone rather than rebuilt: precincts, sites, tariffs, numbering, return periods and roles are settings, not code.
